Policies

Please read the policies prior to booking an appointment

Deposits

A $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book each service. Only appointments paid in full at time of booking, and canceled with 24-hour notice or more will receive $20 refund.

Remaining Balance

Remaining balance due on the day of in cash only.

Late Fee

If you are running late you will be charged a late fee of $10. If you are running late to an appointment we ask that you call us to let us know, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.

Cancellation

Here at Exquisite Eye’Doll we understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients. In the event 24 hours notice is not given we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling $25 of the session.

Rescheduling

Appointments rescheduled with 24-hour notice or more will transfer deposit to the new appointment date and time. 

If you ‘No Show’ your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service charge, no exceptions.

All appointments begin and end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled.

Lash Tips

  • Before Lash Appointment

    1. Avoid Caffeine/Stimulants Up To Four Hours Before Your Appointment.

    2. Arrive With a Clean Face and Clean Eyelashes.

    3. Avoid Using Oil-Based Products On and Around the Eyes Prior to Your Appointment.

    4. Arrive a Little Early!

  • After Lash Appointment

    1. Avoid getting them wet for up to 48 hours after application.

    2. Do not rub or touch your eyes.

    3. Clean with eyelash foam cleanser every 3 days.

    4. Brush through your eyelash tips in the morning.

  1. Wigs must be dropped off 3 days before the appointment.

  2. Please arrive with your hair washed and free of products.

  3. The address will be sent the day before. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME!!

Our Services

  • Hybrid lashes are a combination of classic and volume lash extensions across your lash line. Application method, we attach 1 lash extension to your natural lash; in our volume application method, we attach an ultra-light fan of 2–6 lash extensions to your natural lash.

  • Volume lashes refer to super lightweight lashes that are crafted into a fan before being applied to individual natural lashes.

  • Mega volume lashes are created by using lighter-weight lash than the regular volume technique, meaning that your lash artist can create a bigger 'fan' of individual extensions per natural lash, with the finished effect appearing more fluttery than a regular volume set.
